Planted in Chattanooga’s Southside at 400 E. Main Street, Pennington’s is the place to find new books, buy and sell used books, discover local art, enjoy a cup of coffee, and connect with the community, all under one roof.

Where’s the door?!

Our door is actually on Washington Street, the first door from Main. Our accessible entrance is on Main. If you’re looking at our window signs on Main Street, go around the corner to the right for the front door, or through the double doors to the left for the accessible entrance.

Where do I park?

The gravel lot by Adelle’s Restaurant at 400 E. Main is free for Pennington’s customers! You can also park on Washington Street for free (but please be respectful of our neighbors). Street parking on Main is free on Sundays or after 6pm on weekdays.
